A family archive, one page at a time

Pick a page. Tell the story. Your family keeps it.

Every Wend book is a set of pages, and every page is a question. Open one on your phone and Lauren, a warm voice, listens while you tell it. The story lands in a private family archive, in your own voice, with the page it came from.

Nothing to install. Your first 30 days are included from your first story. Export any time.

How it works

A page, a voice, and the archive

No app, no password, nothing to manage. The person telling the story only ever sees one thing at a time.

Open a page

Each page is one question, painted. Tap it and you are in the room with Lauren. Skip anything. Come back any time.

Tell it once

Lauren asks one gentle question at a time and listens at your pace. Your words stay yours; she never puts a detail in your mouth.

The archive

Your family keeps it

The story plays back from the page it came from, in your voice, with a transcript. Your family gets one email. It waits for them.

Photos

The picture is the question.

Add a photo and it becomes a page. Lauren opens with "Tell me about this one," and the story comes out the way it does at the kitchen table. When it is told, the photo becomes the cover of that story.

Your family can add photos too. Each one waits in the archive as a page nobody has told yet.

Many voices, one page

Everyone remembers it differently. The page keeps every version.

Your sister tells the story they always tell about Mom. Then Mom tells hers. Then your brother, who was there, tells what actually happened. One page, three voices, side by side.

"Hear their version." The line under every told page. Tap it, and the same question is yours.

Kits, frames, and cards

Every Wend object is a door into the same archive.

A card on a reception table, a frame on a mantel, a birthday card in the mail. Scan it, tell the story, and it plays back from the same object.

The Video Guest Book Kit set on a reception table

Video Guest Book Kit

Ten table displays and a welcome frame. Guests scan, Lauren asks one question, and the couple gets every voice from the room.

Good questions

Before you start

Does Mom need an account or an app?

No. She gets a link, or scans a page. Nothing to install, no password, nothing to remember.

How long is a story?

Most are three to five minutes. Lauren asks one question at a time and waits. There is no time limit and no script.

Who can see it?

Only the family you invite. Nothing is public, nothing can be found from outside, and nobody is sold to.

What happens if I stop paying?

Every story you told stays playable for your family, and you can export the whole archive any time. Membership is how the archive keeps growing, not how it stays.

Can she re-record, or skip a page?

Yes to both. Skip anything, come back any time, tell it again. The page keeps every version, with a transcript.

What do I actually get for the year?

The archive, unlimited voices, photos, and a keepsake of your choice shipped to you or to the person you are giving it to.

Why families wend

Their voice, their stories, kept close.

Not a memorial and not a one-time book. A place where the people you love are still talking, still laughing, and still adding pages, for the family who never wants to lose them.
