What happens if I cancel?

New recording pauses. Every story already recorded stays playable for your family, and you can export your archive any time. Come back whenever you like and pick up where you left off.

How do I give Wend as a gift?

Choose the annual plan, enter your email, and at checkout tell us who it is for and which keepsake to send. The keepsake ships to them with your note, and their year begins with their first story.

Is there a limit on recording?

Membership includes hours of guided recording each year, far more than most families use. We show the included amount before you pay, and if you ever get close we tell you well before you reach it. Playback is never limited.

Do my family and guests have to pay?

No. Anyone you invite can watch and record at no cost to them. Their recordings live in your archive.

Can I try it first?
